Travel, relocation and logistical support help clients mitigate the expense and frustration of managing "on" and "off" season households and lifestyles. Record keeping and administrative support ensure that clients are handling day-to-day business issues and feel "in control" of their unique lives.

Tax Management

It is a simple and largely unavoidable fact that professional athletes endure severe exposure to taxation. Misinformation regarding the proper way to interact with the IRS runs rampant throughout professional sports leagues. AMPSPORTS, along with its exclusive tax partner, Martin J. Levenson, LLP, provides comprehensive tax management services that are designed to maximize legitimate deductions, minimize net taxation and avoid the expense and distraction of the audit process. Helping our clients negotiate the scrutiny of government agencies and the expense of taxation is one of the most crucial functions we perform.

Investing

Though the earnings cycle is brief, our clients enjoy incomes that are, at minimum, considerable. And since those earnings must play a role in supporting clients long after their athletic careers, the investment of accumulated savings is the chief mandate of AMPSPORTS. Stable, investable assets are managed exclusively by AMPSPORTS partner, Klingenstein, Fields and Co. KF&Co is one of the nation's largest pure Registered Investment Advisors and is a founding member of AMPSPORTS. The firm's roots trace back nearly a century to the founding of Wertheim & Co in 1927. Media Creation

AMPSPORTS clients have exclusive access to light media support services through Dave Sizer Design. DSD can provide digital media design and branding services including: online presence and social media setup; web design; logo design; print and multimedia design; and photography. Dave ensures that AMP Sports clients can access affordable, professional media services delivered by a talented and ethical professional.

Access

AMPSPORTS' clients enjoy both centralized and specific access to records and accounts. Clients may choose to utilize AMPAdvisors'' account aggregation systems or go directly to custodial, banking and vendor portals. Either process (or a combination of the two) helps ensure that clients remain intimately aware of and involved in the state of their personal finances. Maintaining that involvement and collaborating with AMPSPORTS professionals is essential to the wealth building process.

Reporting

AMPSPORTS excels in reporting to clients. Reports are delivered monthly, on the quarter and annually. Our year round transaction monitoring also allows us to provide on demand reporting when special situations call for it (e.g., credit application, tax preparation, etc.). Our comprehensive reporting helps client clearly and frankly evaluate their financial lives. Systems

AMPSPORTS utilizes various systems to maintain constant contact with clients. By utilizing our vendors' portals and by deploying our leased aggregation system provided by Balance Financial, shared folders on services such as Dropbox, password databases using Keepass (.kdbx protocol) we keep clients "in the know" and ensure that we can work productively regardless of where our clients live. We place a premium on efficient communication but we don't expect our clients to have to learn the intricacies of the various technologies we use. AMPSPORTS actively implements and maintains the systems that keep us connected to clients.

Lawrence Stott, CFA, FRM

Managing Member, AMP Advisors, LLC

Mr. Stott is the Founder of Leslie Capital, LLC, Co-Founder of AMP Sports and the Managing Member of AMP Advisors, LLC. He is responsible for the design and delivery of AMP Sports' Business and Personal Financial Management services. In addition, Lawrence serves as Senior Relationship Manager to AMP Sports clients.

Mr. Stott began his career in finance in 1991 as an Account Executive with Lehman Brothers' Private Client Group. Subsequently, he held similar positions with Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. In addition, Lawrence was an NYSE Assistant Trader for Bear Wagner Specialists from 1996 until 2006, the year in which he founded Leslie Capital, LLC, a financial holding company based in Bellevue, WA. In 2010, Mr. Stott, in conjunction with AMP Sports partner Klingenstein Fields & Co, founded AMP Advisors, LLC.

Mr. Stott holds a BA in Philosophy from Franklin and Marshall College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He is a member of the CFA Society, the CFA society of Seattle and the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

James W. Fields

President, Klingenstein Fields & Co.

Mr. Fields is a partner and President of KF&Co where he manages client accounts as well as oversees the firm's alternative investment efforts. In addition, Mr. Fields is a Co-Founder of AMP Sports and Strategic Advisor to AMP Advisors, LLC. Mr. Fields oversees the development of investment policy and the construction and maintenance of AMP Sports' client portfolios. James also directs the Financial Policy Committee that consults AMP Sports Clients on non-investment, athlete-centric financial matters.

Mr. Fields began his career at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. in the leveraged finance department structuring deals and analyzing capital structures for domestic and international clients. He later joined The National Football League as a Senior Strategic Analyst and subsequently joined the N.Y. Jets / The Johnson Company as the Strategic and Financial Advisor to the winning bidder for $635 million purchase of the N.Y. Jets franchise. In 2002, he joined the private equity group within Citigroup Alternative Investments where he was an investment officer and Chief Financial Officer. He is a director of Viagogo, and Electronic Shipping Solutions Limited. Mr. Fields was also an advisory board member of Charles Schwab Advisory Services and KBW Capital Partners I, L.P and is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization. He serves on the Board of the Campaign for the Westchester Children's Museum. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Economics and received an M.B.A. with honors in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance from The Wharton School.

Roger Levenson, CPA

Roger is responsible for tax consulting and preparation for AMP Sports clientele. Roger also advises the small business evaluation and management team for AMP Sports.

Roger has been with MJL, LLP since July of 2003. Previously, Roger spent four years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers working in their Assurance and Transaction Services group. His clients included large and mid-size firms in assorted industries and worked on projects ranging from financial statement audits to internal controls reviews to fraud investigations.

Roger’s desire to take a more hands-on approach with clients led him to join the family business. Along with his Big Four employment, Roger’s current experience at a firm with a combined 70 years of tax and business knowledge has made it a smooth transition to the individual and small business realm.

Dave Sizer

Dave is an accomplished, visionary, and solutions-oriented multimedia graphic designer with 18 years’ experience designing creative, high-impact visual communications in many different formats for domestic and international, print- and web-based audiences. Demonstrated ability to work on high-performance teams to achieve exemplary results.

Dave has been a Multimedia Designer for the Boeing Company since 1996. He also has run a successful freelance design business for the past several years. In addition to design, Dave is also a professional freelance photographer for NCAA and NFL football with images appearing in several publications including Lindy's Sports Annuals.

Dave holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Western Michigan University.

Gregory Golinski, CFA

SVP & Director of Analytics, Klingenstein Fields & Co.

Mr. Golinski began his career with the Naval Surface Warfare Center as an electronics engineer designing hardware and software systems used to track submarines. He joined Knight-Ridder Financial and created software used by major brokerage firms to evaluate financial markets. In 1996, he joined Sanford Bernstein with responsibility for the quantitative and technology systems of the U.S. equity research department. He subsequently moved into fundamental research covering a variety of industries for both equity and fixed income markets. He joined Klingenstein, Fields & Co. in 2004 as a research analyst, and currently is actively involved in both research and portfolio management. Mr. Golinski holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a Member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Golinski graduated from Catholic University with a B.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and received an M.B.A. in Finance with distinction from New York University.

Shomari Gilyard, CFP®

Vice President and Wealth Strategies Advisor, Klingenstein Fields & Co

Mr. Gilyard initiated his career as an Advisor at Morgan Stanley. In 2006, he joined Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, as a financial planner, where he provided comprehensive planning services for corporate executives and high-net-worth private clients. He subsequently spent 7 years in Private Wealth Management at U.S. Trust, developing and presenting customized recommendations to clients across financial planning, tax, insurance, investment, estate planning, and philanthropic topics. He recently joined Klingenstein Fields in March of 2015. Mr. Gilyard remains attuned to current legislation and strategies within the private banking industry through membership with local estate planning councils and frequent attendance at conferences within the wealth planning field. Mr. Gilyard graduated with a B.S. from Rutgers. He also received an M.B.A. from Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware with a concentration in Finance. He is certified by the CFP board as a CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Nathaniel Burleson

Mr. Burleson was instrumental in developing AMP Sports into an athlete focused multi-family office. He acts as the firm's senior policy and programs advisor. In addition, Mr. Burleson provides financial and professional mentoring to AMP Sports junior clients.

Nathaniel is the Founder and Managing Member of B-Line Holdings, LLC which manages his fashion, hospitality and media interests. Mr. Burleson is currently a television analyst and host for the NFL Network. Nate's career as an NFL Wide receiver spans 4 teams in 11 years.

Collin Roberts, JD, MBA

General Counsel, AMP Advisors, LLC; Partner InVigor Law Group; Founder OneTen Sports

Mr. Roberts serves as General Counsel to AMP Advisors, LLC. In addition, Collin provides contract drafting and review and general legal consulting to AMP Sports clients.

Mr. Roberts is a partner at InVigor Law Group and the founder of OneTen Sports. His practice focuses on drafting business contracts, assisting entrepreneurs in forming businesses, advising companies on securities regulations, protecting intellectual property, structuring business exit strategies and succession planning, and advising and negotiating contracts for professional athletes.

Mr. Roberts holds a BA in Business and Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University, and a JD/MBA from Seattle University School of Law and Albers School of Business & Economics
